| Our Users It is important to realize there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Our most successful users would be those who are visual learners, with minimal receptive and/or expressive language skills. Regardless of whether they have learning disabilities (PDD, Autism et al), physical disabilities (apraxia), or just do not know English (ESL), they will find our tools useful to make their language issues less restrictive to the learning experience. Each application may be used under teacher's or parent's guidance, or by the individual independently. To ensure user of any level may use the tools effectively, not a single application from us would have more than three (3) main views, in order to prevent the user from getting confused or lost in the screen hierarchy. Most importantly, our tools are developed as bridges for users to further growth, not to be addicted to nor rely on for life. Our tools are not habitual short-cuts that may make our users lose their appetite to learn/develop. Although each application as-is would be adequate for convenient daily use, it is deliberately not to be "covering-everything", to ensure the users would not become over-dependent. In fact, even some of our applications look an/or function like an traditional augmentative communication device, our products are really augmentative learning tools. | |||||||||||||||||||
