BATTERY:

Imax Power IMP500 3G 3Gs iPhone & 3rd Generation iPodTouch & all generations iPod External Backup Battery 5500mAh

What We Like:
Portable and holds lots of charge.
When we started AdastraSoft.com, *the* biggest concern is battery life for the Apple devices.  If an assistive device could only be used for a few hours, it's basically useless in our opinion.

This lightweight pack could power an iPhone playing continuous video at the brightest mode up to 42 hours.  That's impressive.  This battery pack could be used to recharge the device too.

Caveat: The adaptor is rather flimsy.

IPHONE COVER:

Incipio SILICRYLIC Case for iPhone 3G, 3G S (Olive Green)

What We Like:
Superb feel and drop-protection, if one would even drop it after using it.
The most notable about this cover is its superb feel.  It doesn't feel like sticky (like most soft silicone protectors), yet it doesn't feel slippery (like most hard shell protectors).  Even our low muscle tone and our super excited testers have trouble dropping the device.  We like that.

Caveat: If water get trapped between the soft shell and the clear plastic protector for a while, it makes the shell smells.

ARMBAND:

Belkin Dual Fit Armband for iPod touch 2G, 3G (Black)

What We Like:
It fits your hand, not vice versa.
If our kids with sensory issues like it, there is not much room to say "no".

Caveat: Not necessary the most comfortable on a sweaty hot summer day

PHOTO EDITING:

Photoshop.com Mobile (Adobe)

What We Like:
Perfect simple iPhone application that does wonder.
There isn't anything to nit-pick about this free application from Adobe.  It does what it takes to make any photo to display great on our applications - without spending much time learning it.  The edited photos are stored in the photo album, so you may transfer them back to your computer with ease.
Caveat: It's free.  What else could one ask for?
